The few lines a medic needs, on the lock screen
If something happens and the person can't speak for themselves, the first responder looks at their phone — and usually finds a locked screen. My Emergency puts the lines that matter onto the lock-screen wallpaper itself: their name, the conditions and allergies a medic needs to know, and who to call. Readable in seconds, without unlocking. You make it here on the phone, and set it as the wallpaper.
It opens in a new tab in your language and works on any phone. It's made right here on the device — nothing you type is uploaded to us or anyone. It comes in six languages, each with its own emergency number.
What it does
- Turns a few important lines — name, date of birth, conditions, allergies, medication, and an emergency contact — into a clear image you set as the phone's lock-screen wallpaper, readable without unlocking.
- A carer or family member fills it in once, in a few minutes. You can save the image to Photos and set it as the wallpaper, or come back and change it any time.
- Everything happens on the phone. Nothing is uploaded, there's no account, and it works offline. Six languages, each showing the right emergency number.
Who it's for
Anyone who might one day not be able to speak for themselves — after a stroke, with a heart or memory condition, a serious allergy — and the families and carers who set it up for them. No sign-up, no cost, nothing to install.

Free, and honest about what it is
This is a free tool we're sharing openly in the hope it helps. It's a prompt for help, not a medical or emergency device — it doesn't summon anyone. Please keep the phone's own Medical ID, a medical-alert bracelet and calling the emergency services exactly as they are; this sits alongside them. And remember a lock screen isn't private — put on it only what you'd want a stranger to see in order to help.
